The winners of the August 2025 AP Photo Contest are Evgeniy Maloletka for his telling image of burns seen on the face of Artem aka "Lisnyk,” a Ukrainian soldier from the Da Vinci Wolves Battalion injured during fighting with Russian forces at the front line near Pokrovsk, Ukraine.
