Ganesha Chaturthi Festival

Ganesha Chaturthi is a 10-day festival that celebrates the birth of Ganesha, the Hindu deity.

Ganesha is considered a god of intellect and wisdom and the patron of art and science. Every year, millions of devout Hindus immerse Ganesha idols into oceans and rivers in the festival that begins at the end of August.
